Making official as possible

I am thinking to make the server close to official RO as possible. the reason for this is for more balance of the server and more challenge also so that other items will not be useless like the following items:

and other official items.


Max lvl 99
Max Job lvl 70
Normal items will still be 100% drop
Normal Card will still be 100% drop
MVP Items will be 10% drop
MVP Cards will be 10% drop
Official item effects including Maya purple card and normal valkyrie set
Custom items will still remain.
Will be adding a buffer NPC (you want)

i need your suggestions

Do not make the mistake of making it 99/70
Here are my reasons why:
1) Normal MVPs will be very hard to kill. I said normal MVPs example Phreeoni. MVPs like
ifrit and ktullanux will be impossible as it is already hard. Forget valkyrie randgris
You will kill the server. I am telling you now I will stop playing if you make it 99/70
2) LHZ Bosses already need 2-4 people to kill with ease. If you make the max level 99..
You need 20-30. We have a maximum of 15 players.
3) Woe and pvp would suck and no point in items like Ygg.
4) Doppelganger will be the most valuable card in game.
5) When you make things this hard, people will stop playing. You will have an official server
but a Dead one. You alone can play and enjoy yourself. Why ruin it.

Maybe Megaman i mean Robotic is right i might do 255/100 but items will be official effects but custom items will remain
